I loathe hypocrisy--and not because I have difficulty spelling it. That's another issue entirely.

Just read a great kids' book called Mud City by Deborah Ellis. It's her third book about Afghani children displaced by war. The first two are The Breadwinner and Parvana's Journey. These are excellent and powerful books. I recommed reading them no matter what your age is and whether or not you even know any children.
