It's only fair
If I blog the bad stuff, it's only fair to blog some good stuff, right? Right.
The good. The cozzy I had for auction on ebay sold for $105. Colour me thrilled to bitty bits. :D I hope the woman who bought it gets great use out of it--unlike me. Once Nordic Boy gets home, I'm thinking I'll sell off the red Chinese brocade cozzy, too. It never fit quite right, and it's too big now, anyway. So it too should go to a good home. At least I got some decent use out of it first. It's quite gorgeous. Not a complete cozzy like the last, but all it needs is either harem pants or a skirt (or both!) to be complete.

jenboo is kindly kitty sitting for me, for jaunthie for a few nights. I love those kitties, but they really need someone around more than I can be there right now. Poor M just sat on my lap for 20 minutes the other morning because he needed lovin'. Didn't even eat breakfast first. And J has gone into pout mode. :( Hopefully jenboo's visit will cheer them.
Yet more good. jenboo will be coming over for movies and dinner tomorrow. Yay! I believe we'll be ordering in, but I do not yet know from where. We'll just have to see what moves us at the moment, when the moment comes.
And a little more good. I'm cooking myself a fabulous dinner tonight. Steak au poivre with blue cheese sauce. Baked sweet potato. Sautéed shrooms and bok choy. Perhaps a spinach salad with dried cranberries, nuts, and more cheese. And some Yalumba merlot. I don't expect to finish eating it all tonight, but it's sure gonna taste good. And I deserve it. Oh yes. I so very deserve it.
