Today is all about coffee and carbs
Breakfast: Banana, soy latte, blueberry applesauce scone.
Lunch: Decaf soy pumpkin pie latte, rhubarb spelt muffin.
Dinner will at least involve some veggies. I'm thinking pasta with tomatoes, chard or kale, and turkey sausage.
