A good day!

Yesterday was a good day.  Allow me to recap:

jaunthie sent me her edit pass of my NaNovel--the electronic part of my b-day prezzie, she said.
Kasima and I spent about three hours at the naked spa.
I arrived home to discover an Amazon box with a fabulous giftie from Ryalin.
I cooked exactly what I wanted for dinner last night - pasta with clam sauce and spinach salad.
I went to play with my Monkeys where I received more lovely gifties from Sanafi and Aviva. (I didn't get to see Epona last night, which is too bad but I understand she has family in town.)
Then, I met up with jaunthie for a pint of cider and bookish discussions--and more prezzies. :D

The only thing that I didn't get enough of yesterday was time with NordicBoy and Morag.  But I can't complain too much since Morag is curled up asleep next to me doing that cute kitty snore she sometimes does, and NordicBoy and I went out for a nice lunch today.

Oh, and the Mariners are three outs away from shutting out Boston.  I think that would make up for yesterday's debacle, no? Yes.

Counting down...  Two outs away...  One out...  Woo-hoo!  Complete game, 1-hit shut-out for Felix Hernandez!  Yay!!!

Me, too! I like seeing friends on my b-day--and not just because they give me prezzies. ;) I just like seeing them. :)

Damn, woman, why didn't you tell me you go there, too? Although you probably hit the northern version. My mom and I love the Tacoma locale -- she manages to go several times a year, being a woman of leisure and all, but I try to visit at least once a year.

I am SOOOO jealous.

And embarrassed that I missed your birthday. :(

Yeah, we hit the Lynnwood one. I've never been to the Tacoma one. If you only go once a year, go on your b-day; you get in free on your b-day. Just bring your driver's license for proof.
