The site seems pretty horked from my POV. I can't even figure out how to get affiliated with a region. Perhaps it's more server overload, but I can't say I'm impressed with it so far.

Oh it is completely overloaded right now with everyone signing up. But that shouldn't preclude you affiliating with a region. I just PMed you over there.

From the signs, I'd say they're experiencing server problems on top of just plain overload. Not surprising if they did a complete site revamp.
