Things of note...or not

We had insulation put in the attic and the garage ceiling (under the bedroom floor) in early November.  Already it's paying off.  The gas bill for the month was 30% lower than it was for the same time frame last year, and we've had some cold days/nights this year.  Much nicer!

One more weekend of the show left.  If you're going to come, you'd better do it quick.  For those too far away to see it live, I presume they'll be recording it.  If you want a copy when that happens, let me know.  It's that good a show that I don't mind pimping it to friends, even if it does sound like "Look at me! I'm fabulous!" lol

Tonight is NordicBoy's and my annual December evening and dinner downtown night.  We're going to The Dahlia Lounge.  Expect food pr0n in the near future. ;)

Novel update: Nothing to report.  We are just past the 12 week standard response time mark, but it is the holiday season.  I will email the editor in question at the end of the first week of January if I've not heard from her by then.  So continue to cross fingers, well-wish, and send positive publication vibes, please and thank you.

b)considering how poor I am...especially knowing where I live NOW, stalking is out of the question...besides you live in a state that has laws against it. :D

No worries mate. I'm sure the postman was just too tired to schlep it up to my floor and leave it. ;) Hopefully it won't be raining on Saturday (I gave away my rain coat, silly me) and I'll take a walk to the post office to pick it up. :D
