Open letter to Adobe

Dear Adobe,

I cannot suffeciently express my deep loathing of your products Acrobat and Reader.  They are shit.  Utter and uncompromising shit.  They are such shit that not even Microsoft would want to publish them.

Serious miscommunication issues between Adobe and my printer. Sorted out now, but it took three times longer than it ought to have to print out.
