Latest Good/Bad List

Good: Nordic Boy arrived home safe and sound and relaxed.
Bad: I almost immediately burst into tears and got his shirt damp.
Good: We saw Harrt Potter and the Goblet of Fire on Saturday. Excellent! Need to see it again so I'm watching the details instead of the story.
Bad: Took car to body shop this a.m. Discovered we're stuck paying $500 deductable. [mutter] Fucking spoiled eastside teenage drivers and their fucking hit-and-run-mommy-and-daddy-will-cover-up-for-me attitudes. [/mutter] I Hate the Eastside. It is one ugly kluge of suburban hell.
Bad: Took the kitty back to the vet for another antibiotic shot.
Good: Assuming she stays healthy, there's no reason to take her back again for at least a year.
Good: Nearly have a special holiday gift project done.
Bad: Don't know if we have the software to complete it. Doubt we do.
Good: Haven't killed anything yet.

I was happy to see him, but it was mostly just that my shitty week apparently needed to be spewed out onto someone. I can cry on him and not feel like I'm imposing. It's his job to be a sympathetic hubby, after all. ;)

You know that I have a lot of odd software, and have access to lots more. Let me know what you need, and I might be able to help (with that problem, anyway - no help for the East side short of Act O' Gods, I'm afraid).

Thanks muchly, but I discovered that I've got what I need for this project. Seems that Windows Movie Maker is part of the general software I have installed on my little box. It was a gratifying surprise. :) I have a basic movie done, and now I'm going to play with doing a slightly shmancier version. We'll see which result I like best. I may post it to the TLW list to get some opinions. We'll see.
