Personal pics

gigitrek posted the cutest picture of herself.  I really admire the guts it takes to do that--post a personal pic online.  I don't know if I could do it.  Never mind that there are plenty of pics of me online--most of those are in costumes, thanks, and that's very different.  I'm leary about posting an acutal pic of me.  (Closest I have is this icon--again, in costume, you'll note--and you can't see my face.)  How goofy is that when I know that of the few people even glancing at this journal, most of them have met me in person and already know what I look like?  I'm so glad I'm not a psych student.  I'd get totally confused trying to psychoanalyse myself.  ::shakes head::

On another note, I'm leaving for the snow tomorrow and won't be back online until the evening of the 16th at the earliest.  I hope everyone has a pleasant remainder of the week!

Oh, that's not gutsy. It's friendslocked anyway, so I know exactly who'll see it (unless you want to start spreading it around, in which case I doubt it will reach anyone I know, anyway.) Consider me gusty when I finally work up the nerve to ask out the guy I work with I've been stalking admiring.

LOL! I don't plan to spread it around, don't worry. I'm still new to this LJ thing, so I'm not familiar with friendslocking. Methinks I must look into it. Good luck with that guy at work! ;-)
