monkeybardMust share the super yummy burgers I made the other night--partly so I can remember and recreate it later. :D
Teriyaki Turkey Burgers:
2/3 lb. ground turkey
1 egg
panko
crushed pineapple (well, well drained)
teriyaki sauce
dash of sesame oil
fresh ground pepper
That's it. I mixed it all up, broiled the burgers, topped them with a little Swiss cheese and a slice of tomato, and put them on toasted rustic rolls from Essential Baking Co. I also made a condiment out of sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, and hot Chinese mustard.
Then I made a dressing with the same condement ingredients plus rice vinegar, olive oil, and S&P for the salad.
So incredibly yummy! I think I need to do it again right away. After all, the buns came in a pack of four. ;D
