I just sent my bank a note about their website. A graphic they are using to promote digital statements highlights protecting the 'enviroment'.
Granted, it's a quickly rotating graphic so it's easy to miss, and typos occur. But they thanked me.
I've also seen typos on a metal plaque in the Hall of Presidents at Disneyworld. But nobody really reads those anyway.
Except me.
