Too much fun!

Woo-hoo!  So we had our first fight class this afternoon with devinam.  Too...much...fun!  We learned two kinds of slaps, a right cross, knee to the gut, hair pulls, some basic falls, and kicks to the face.  It was way, way fun.  I love that it's a wee little class (just four of us--The King, jenboo, ZG, and me), and devinam is a great teacher.  Yay!

Now I'm going to try to go see The King's show at The Schmee.  Hopefully, it's not sold out and I can find free parking.  Cross your fingers for me, eh?

Bother

I tried.  I tried really hard.  I tried for half an hour, and I simply couldn't find a parking place close enough to the theatre for me to feel safe walking back to it on my own after the show.  Je regrette, mon très-puissant seigneur.  Guess I'll see you next fight class instead.

On the postivie side, the Ms just brought the score within one on a three-run homer by Reed.  :-D
