I'm back!

If you don't know, I was in San Diego from Thursday to Sunday visiting my friend, the lovely and charming Ryalin.  We had a busy and fantastic time!  Here are a few highlights:

And that's it.  I'm home.  The laundry is done and put away.  I'm catching up on email and other necessities of life.  Like lunch.  It's definitely time for lunch.

Deja vu

Just turned on the telly to discover that FSN is replaying last nights Mariners-Orioles game.  I might hang around to watch Richie Sexson's grand slam again.  :D  On a side note, how sad am I that said grand slam came after the top of the fifth inning?  That means Rick Rizzs called it on telly, not Dave Niehouse.  Worse yet, I found a link to the radio sound bite of the call...  It was Red, not Dave!  ::fury, fury::  I don't like Red anyway; he's too judgmental, IMO.  But the fact that Richie got a grand slam (second of the season, 11th of his career) and I didn't get to hear Dave call it is just wrong.  Wrong, wrong, wrong!  ::grrr!::  No rye bread.  No mustard, grandma.  Just a grand salami that went without proper acknowledgement.
