The plumbing saga continues

Yes, there's nothing quite like being forced by circumstances into home improvement...on a Saturday...when it's raining. Let me begin with this morning.
jaunthie and I had a successful trip to the Goodwill Glitter Sale, each coming home with a fabulous dress and more. I arrived home to learn that, for an estimated $3,000 less than the original estimate, we could get a whole lot more for our money. So when the work is done (supposedly by then end of this coming week) we will have:
Once it's all back together I'm hoping to be able to get rid of the old rug, paint the rest of the basement, and get something else to go on the floor. I'm thinking a floating subfloor is a good place to start, don't you think? Followed by a new carpet and a fireplace insert. (Yeah, dream on, you crack-smoking monkey. ... But it's such a nice dream...)

- a new laundry tub
- laundry drainage that adheres to current codes
- new pipes to and from the hot water tank and the aforementioned laundry facilities
- new sewer pipes out to the street
- and (this it the best bit) a half bath in the basement (Squee!)
