My weekend in review
Jul. 25th, 2007 11:42 amFriday: Show called on account of rain and no audience. Seriously. No one showed up to see us perform and we were all very grateful.
Saturday: Matinee in the oddly humid weather. We were all a bit sluggish, but it was a pretty good show overall. We were positively reviewed in the Seattle Times that morning. Yours truly got a thumbs up comment from the reviewer. Yay me!
Saturday night: Went to a Harry Potter release party in Ballard with NordicBoy and Nancita. We met up with LadyAnne and EK2, and met a nice man named Bart. Gave him a schedule for RIII. I think he might actually come to the show. Have not started HP7 yet. Say nothing.
Sunday: Fuzzy Monkeys performed at MedFest to a slightly damp but enthusiastic audience. RIII had an evening show at Woodland Park. Again a little leghargic, but not as much as Saturday.
Monday: Discovered the true definition of "out cold" when I didn't discover until the afternoon that the cat had thrown up on the bed in the middle of the night. I never thought I would sleep through that, but I did. Can you say TIRED? I knew you could.
lethlogica arrives today for almost a whole week! Whee! I think she and
vflick and I are going sailing on Saturday morning. Whee!
