Totally missed the equinox

monkeybardI was in Texas for the autumnal equinox and as a result saw no change from one season to the next. Fortunately, upon returning home, fall was in the air in an undeniable way. 'Tis at last the season for pumpkins, roasted root veggies, hearty soups, and we mustn't forget the evil horsechestnuts.
