Those descriptions apply to the same thing, btw. devinam and her mom had an extra ticket to Sweeny Todd last night, and I was the lucky recipient! It was so much fun! Very grisly, very funny, very Sondheim. There were some dialect and diction issues with the female lead, but on the whole I still enjoyed her performance. Two old friends were in the ensemble, which was a cool surprise. An even cooler surprise was when jenboo and fitanna appeared and sat behind us! Yay! Many, many thanks to devinam and her mom for that ticket. I had a great time!

On an unrelated topic, it's odd to be able to go to ebay and see a photo of oneself. ... I'm just sayin'.
