monkeybardYes, it was officially declared by the Mayor of Seattle, the King County Executive, and the Governor of Washington State: Today, 8 April 2006, is Dan Wilson Day. As far as I'm concerned it can be Dan Wilson Day every April 8th until the end of time. My favourite sign at the game tonight:

I think that about sums up Dan the Man. He will always by my favourite Mariner, and we'll miss him very much.
