I understand all too well about the evils of a cross-lake commute - but I really don't want to live on the east side. Fortunately there are lovely alternatives which are far less aggravating than doing the solo commute and/or changing addresses. Of course, if more people would use these alternatives, the overall commute would not suck so much on a regular basis. People... :-p

As for having you win the lottery and move closer - I'm all for it!
