monkeybardI've finished the rough draft of the short story I started on the 13th. ::happy dance:: I won't have time to deal with it tomorrow, but that's for the best. This way it will sit and cure for a day or so until I can read it through on Wednesday (hopefully) or Friday. Then I'm sending it K-Bob and jenboo for a first beta read. Then edits, another beta, more edits, and then hopefully it will be ready for submission. Only one wee problem, though. Like my novel, I have no clue what to title the thing. ::sigh:: At least it has chapters, which is more than I can say for my novel. (That'll be part of my first big edit pass on that once I have it back from jaunthie and jenboo.)
Now I need to sign off and get ready to go. Dinner and key lime custard are in my near future. Wheee! :D
