My weekend update

monkeybardI went to the Lakeside Rummage Sale all three days. It wasn't planned--especially the quick visit on Sunday. I went on the spur of the moment when I suddenly remembered seeing two hatboxes the day before. Sadly they were long gone by the time I went back. Still, I found a few fantastic must-haves, most notably the coat I wore last night to Bodacious Ladyhood's show. It's gorgeous. Maybe I'll take a pic and post it. It's just beautiful and so well made! I also got a dress to wear to devinam's annual cocktail party this year, and a vintage hat that actually matches it really well.
Sunday evening foundsunkrux, devinam, and me at Mainstage Comdey enjoying yummy food and the gorgeous song stylings of Bodacious Ladyhood. They were, if it's possible, even more fantastic than the last time I saw them perform. There was a moment in one song where they were all on the same melody line and rather than it sounding like three people singing in unison it sounded like a single incredibly rich voice. Amazing. And I know them. They are my friends. How cool is that? :D They have two more shows--both next Sunday the 25th. If you can go, I highly recommend doing so.
As for today, well, I finished the laundry and I've started working on Log 3:8. So, yay! :)
