Spa-aaaah!

Yes, it was one of those too-rare days today.  It was a spa day.  Thanks to lemurkitten's heads-up a few weeks back, I knew to keep today free for spaness.  So I got to spend three lovely hours soaking and sweating and almost snoozing with friends and strangers alike.  The laundry did not wash/dry/fold itself while I was away unfortunately.  Nor did the dishes unload themselves from the dishwasher.  But these are small things on a spa day.  Insignificant, even.  The kitty is being sweet and snuggly, the laundry is in process, and the trash is out for the morning.  Must put out recycling and put away dishes.  Dinner is yummy leftovers so there's no cooking involved, which is nice tonight.

It's a good day.

Well, specifically your relaxing yet industrious evening afterward seemed to glow. If you must go again, though, I'll understand.

Sadly, today was less productive. Perhaps I should have gone to the spa again.

Yeah, but the reality of our capitalist society means it isn't a feasible longterm solution. That is to say, $35 is a good deal for a occasional visit but it's not doable daily. *sigh*
