So I got all my test results back from my doctor's appt. last Friday. I was particularly interested in the results of the hand x-rays because, well shit, kind of needs my hands for everything I do to make a living. The results: early hints of arthritis in the bases of both thumbs (Well duh! I could've told them that 10 years ago. Can you say years and years of macrame and crochet?); some deterioration in the end knuckles (Mildly surprising and I wonder if it has to do with the whole double-jointed fingers that one must freak people out with when one is a kid thing.); and ::drumroll:: no evidence of anything to explain what might be causing the problems I've been experiencing off and on for two months now. Most irksome. I'm going to start taking glucosamine again. I used to and then stopped. I also need to get back into yoga--assuming my hands will tolerate it and assuming I can get some sort of control back over my daily life--because that's really good for the joints, too.

i go to yoga at wholelife yoga on greenwood every sunday morning, if you want to join. I really like the teacher and the studio space. :)

When you say "morning" just what, exactly, to you mean by it?

ah, totally understandable. yet it is a decent time of "morning"...10:45. There is an earlier class, but dude, it's sunday morning. I should say that I would also like to start going some weekday morning as well, but just haven't been strong enough in will to make that happen yet. Perhaps if I had a yoga buddy...

That's okay then, 10:45. Is it a session thing where I should wait for a new one to begin? Or is it one of those ongoing deals where you can just join whenever?
