"Live" Olympic Coverage

Oh how I hate NBC. Is there any legitimate reason why they can't run their actual live coverage nationwide? Honestly! Would it really kill them to run it at 5pm PDT? Thank the gods for the CBC--if only I were home at all this week to take advantage of their live-coast-to-coast evening coverage.

Yes. Every Olympics, in fact. :)

At least in 2010, they're right here in my own time zone. Not even NBC can get away with delaying West Coast coverage when the Olypics are on the West Coast. Although I wouldn't put it past them to try.

at least in 2010 the 'pics will be a few miles up the road, and the coverage from canada will be spectacular b/c it will be in your time zone and language and canada IS a winter sport haven so ... you do the math :)
