Do you need some hot tea? Or just some teabagging? *snort*
Hoping you feel better soon. Is tech going ok?

i now swear by tea w/ lemon, honey, cayenne pepper and eucalyptus. i had a cold, and just when i was starting to feel horrid, i made a batch of this stuff, adn the next day felt MUCH better. this is for the general snotty head/sore throat/cough variety of sick.

the "recipe" i got is this: Makes a thermos full.
2 cups water + 8 teabags of whatever you want (I like Traditional Medicinals Red Raspberry Leaf Tea...what woman doesn't need more iron?)
1 cup honey
1 cup lemon juice
4 drops eucalyptus essential oil
a bunch a dashes of cayenne pepper
2 shots whiskey (optional)

boil water, steep the tea for about 15 minutes, add rest, mix well and drink when it's as hot as you can stand. it'll make your nose run, but it burns out all the bad stuff. ;)
