Oh gods! I did our jog/walk thing. 4/5 split as before. Oddly, though, I'm not getting in that last 4-min walk; I'm already around by then. Oh, and be afraid: I sprinted the last minute. ... I know! Who the hell is inhabiting my body, and can she stay until I'm fit??
it does help some. my problem isn't that my back hurts when i drive, my problem is that it hurts when i lay down. anywhere. all the time. as a result of being crunched over for 11 hours a day. *sigh*
Well, if you want more walking (I'm not so much for the running, as you know), I'm planning on hiking over to Northgate Village and back on Saturday morning. Lots of hills, you know. (And good coffee at Cloud City on the way, but that's not directly related to the whole "fit" thing.)
