You know that Zone Alarm update I was bitching about? Well that was just the tip of the iceburg. The laptops can now recognize the wireless network, and Nordic Boy got his to recognize the desktop. That's the good news. The bad news: while the desktop can get online, the laptops cannot, and mine still can't see the big box--even when connected by an actual wire and insulation cable. To quote Maura Tierney in Scotland, PA, "Fuck, fuck, fuckity fuck! Fuck!"

speaking of watching tv during the day, Mary Kay just launched a huge tv campaign add, today in fact, i wanted to ask you to let me know if you see any of the commercials...but they're running during Oprah, Dr. Phil, and one of the home renovation shows...not While you were Out, but something "home edition"...but I don't think you watch any of those shows. if you happen to see any MK commercials, let me know how they are! I can't view them on the website, my computer is dumb. :(

If I see one, I'll let you know. But unless they run during a baseball game or on Food Network, it's a long shot. Maybe once Boston Legal and Commander in Chief start in a week or so I'll catch an ad.
