I said I'd be hungry again by about 3:00, and I was absolutely correct.  Fortunately, I planned ahead and will nibble my Weight Watchers candy bar very shortly.  Yum!

On another topic, I've updated Log 3:1--no, not to the internet, just to the beta version--based on suggestions from some of my betas.   I'm somewhat relieved to say that even with these additions this installment has not topped 10,000 words.  I don't know why, but today that number worries me.  Perhaps tomorrow it will not.

On yet another topic, jenboo informed me that she's planning to start reading my novella  ( ::giggle:: ) this weekend.  I giggle not at her, but at "my novella".  It still makes me chuckle that I wrote one.  Of the three people I sent it to to read, only one has any familiarity with the universe.  That's my friend jaunthie, and she is extremely familiar with the universe in question.  I'm really curious to hear with the others have to say.
