Food Pr0n and Ice

First the food:  Dinner last night was naan bread pizzas topped with saag, poached chicken, toasted cashews, blanched broccoli, and mozzarella.   YUM!

Met up with jaunthie and fisherbear for b'fast this a.m.  Walked to Sunflour for lattes and pastries.  Lovely.

And now the ice:  Seattle is basically paralized by ice.  We only got an inch or two of snow, but that was enough to melt a little and then freeze when the temperature dropped rapidly yesterday afternoon/evening.  NordicBoy is at the corner with some neighbours watching people spin out on 65th.  I just took him some tea.  I must admit it was pretty darned entertaining.  But I have a novel to edit and it's chilly out there.

That is too funny!! It sounds like NordicBoy is having fun. I, however, unfortuneately, have to work. The bad part of being virtual is that I can not use the weather excuse - that it is unsafe to drive to work. I am at work already. Bummer. However, I do get to watch the humorous antics of my new kitten.
