Food Pr0n and Ice

First the food:  Dinner last night was naan bread pizzas topped with saag, poached chicken, toasted cashews, blanched broccoli, and mozzarella.   YUM!

Met up with jaunthie and fisherbear for b'fast this a.m.  Walked to Sunflour for lattes and pastries.  Lovely.

And now the ice:  Seattle is basically paralized by ice.  We only got an inch or two of snow, but that was enough to melt a little and then freeze when the temperature dropped rapidly yesterday afternoon/evening.  NordicBoy is at the corner with some neighbours watching people spin out on 65th.  I just took him some tea.  I must admit it was pretty darned entertaining.  But I have a novel to edit and it's chilly out there.

I believe that's food "porn", not "pron", that you meant to type. (Sorry; checking this from virtual work, which makes me more fussy about typos than usual.) It was lovely seeing you and NordicBoy for coffee and pastries this morning! Beats the heck out of the latte stand at work... :-)

you have obviously not received porn spam, at least in a very long time. Spammers try to get past filters by spelling it pr0n, using a zero instead of an o and being mildly dyslexic about it in the process. *g*
