Instead of a burned-tasting, over-pulled latte at Starbuck's just now, I got a weak-flavoured, under-pulled shot that I only know was in my cup because I could see the sort of tan colour in the residual milk foam when I got to the bottom of the cup. At least I didn't pay real money for it; it was on a gift card.
