monkeybardNordicBoy finally uploaded the pics from last weekend's eBook Release Party. Check out the fantastically fantabulous cake that jenboo made.
It was lemony and delicious with amazing buttercream frosting and fondant that was actually not at all bad. (Anyone who's had fondant knows that it's not the tastiest stuff on Earth, but it makes for a good canvass for pretty pictures.) Thanks again,jenboo!
That little chocolate cake in the background in middle pic is a wonderful gluten-free creation from Flying Apron bakery. They do great work. This cake was chocolate mint and so very rich. Oy!
